Grace Family Church (originally Grace Brethren Church of New Holland) was founded in 1966 as a church plant from the Greater Lancaster Grace Brethren Church.

Services were first held on September 4, 1966 at the Liberty Fire Company Auditorium.

An initial 3 acres adjoining New Holland Community Park were purchased and a ground breaking ceremony took place on the church's first anniversary. The first building was dedicated on May 26, 1968.

After many additions and expansions, Grace Family Church is where it is today.
